On Zhydivschyna (south-western outskirts of the Old Town, which in the Middle Ages was inhabited mostly by Jews) is a street Karaite. In Soviet times, the Karaites assimilated with the local population. Last Lutsk Karaite S.Ishvovych died in the early 90's reached old age.
